Boil corn, remove the corn from the cob and put aside .
In a cast iron pot, sauté your favorite beef with lots of sliced onions until cooked. Season with favorite seasonings and taste for salt and pepper.
Add the corn and continue to cook on high heat deglazing the caste iron pot. Add a can or two of strained baked beans and remove from heat.
Preheat oven to about 375 and place the cast iron frying pan inside. Bake about 10-15 minutes allowing all the flavors to fall together and serve.
