Simply purchase your favorite croissant , slice it and stuff it with your favorite cheeses ( the sharper the cheeses the better ) .

Pan sear the croissant dry in a non stick pan on VERY low heat till very brown on both sides and cheese begins to ooze  ( no butter, no oil).Be sure to press hard to flatten the croissant.
