Being on a boat makes those simple traditional recipes taste that much better. Bring the basics ; great company, olive oil, tomato, fresh mozzarella, good loaf of bread and sail away !

Slice the tomato and mozzarella into circles and season with some salt and pepper. Place in dish as shown in photo and blot some basil pesto. Use a good splash of good quality olive oil and serve with some delicious bread.

Grill some mixed sweet peppers to have on the side to have a little variety. Simply place the peppers in a bowl, spalsh some olive oil and grill away.
