If you like garlic and oil pasta, this is a must try!
Before starting this easy recipe remove leaves from fresh thyme, slice some garlic cloves, cut up one tomato, and have some cayenne pepper flakes and olive oil handy.
Bring a pot of water to boil add salt and begin to cook linguine al dente stirring occasionally.
In the meantime sauté the garlic with a good splash of olive oil. Just before browning add a pinch of cayenne pepper flakes.
Add the drained pasta and VERY little fresh cut tomato (this is mostly for color and to keep the pasta a bit more moist). Add the thyme, season with salt and pepper, toss well and serve. Feel free to add a bit more olive oil after adding the pasta.
