Chop lots of fresh garlic and place in a pyrex or large bowl with about 1/2 cup of olive oil and lots of chopped cilantro( or parsley). Add salt pepper and the juice of 2 lemons with a splash of white vinegar ( or balsamic).
Season the chicken breasts on both sides with some salt and pepper and grill allowing to cook on both sides.
Place cooked chicken breasts in with the marinate. Mix well in order for the marinate to cover all breasts.Cover with aluminum foil. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving. You want to allow the natural chicken juices to mix with the marinate. Serve with rice or salad.
